Job Description Job Description Title: Escrow Support Processor Location : Irvine, CA Provide centralized clerical and operational support for residential escrow transactions by processing, reviewing, and managing escrow-related documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Perform high-volume scanning, imaging, and indexing of escrow documents to maintain accurate electronic records, protect vital transaction history, and support quality control and audit requirements. Receive, review, and process lender and buyer funds while coordinating closely with escrow teams to ensure timely and accurate handling of financial and transaction-related documentation. Assist with fulfilling pre-document conditions, managing homeowner association (HOA) demands, and supporting escrow remediation activities to ensure transactions progress efficiently toward closing. Support escrow operations on a national level by performing repetitive, production-based processing tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Communicate effectively with escrow branches to provide updates, request information, and ensure proper documentation flow throughout the escrow lifecycle. Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to enter, track, and maintain escrow records while ensuring all documentation meets company standards and regulatory requirements. Manage multiple assigned processes and progressively expand responsibilities by learning and supporting additional escrow functions as trained.
