Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Order Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the defined order process and interact effectively with
Sales teams while ensuring compliance with corporate policy
Generate customer invoices for assigned accounts and review
customer order documentation for order acceptance and booking
Assist in resolving outstanding accounts receivable and collection
issues while maintaining customer order documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred, or
relevant work experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Fluent in English plus either German or Italian language skills
Ability to learn and operate various order-related software and
systems
Experience with Oracle and Sales Force preferred
