Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Accounting and Financial
Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for corporate and
property-level stakeholders
Oversee and inspire a team to maximize reconciliation efficiency
and financial reporting quality
Drive strategic financial initiatives and manage partnerships with
external firms for compliance and reporting
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience leading accounting/reporting teams
in the hotel or real estate industry
Significant experience with hotel management agreement reporting
standards (USALI and GAAP) and lease accounting
Experience with corporate company-level reporting, including GAAP
financial reporting and KPI analysis
CPA license is preferred
Experience with Netsuite, Adaptive Insights, SQL, or Looker is a
plus
