A company is looking for an Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage comprehensive property accounting, ensuring GAAP compliance
and financial reporting
Analyze operating income factors and prepare detailed variance
reports
Develop quarterly projections and budgets while ensuring timely
debt payments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in
Excel
Experience with an ERP accounting system
