Developing and executing long-range plans for sustainment and improvement of HR service delivery particularly related to staffing and recruitment; 2.) Determining the distribution of the staffs workload to meet the missions of the serviced customers; 3.) Collaborating with senior organizational leaders when determining overall processes, procedures, and internal policies to ensure that proposed distributions further organizations mission; 4.) Briefing higher ranking officials to reiterate HR program policies and processes; and 5.)
